My skin has been noticeably smoother since I started taking these with dinner, and that GLA really seems to do the job for my PMS symptoms. The softgels are a decent size and go down fine without any aftertaste.
The softgels are surprisingly easy to swallow, and after about a month of taking them daily, my PMS bloating and mood swings feel noticeably less intense than last cycle. Skin's been a bit brighter too, which I wasn't expecting but definitely appreciate.
Three weeks in and my skin looks noticeably calmer, which I wasn't expecting. The softgels are a good size and I appreciate that they deliver GLA directly without any aftertaste.
