Three weeks in and my skin actually looks calmer around that time of the month—the blend of flaxseed and evening primrose oil seems to be doing its job. I take them with breakfast and haven't noticed any fishy aftertaste, which I was worried about.
Three weeks in and my skin actually looks less dry around my cuticles, which I didn't expect from a softgel. The evening primrose oil in the blend seems to be doing its job, even if the capsules are a bit large to swallow. I'll keep taking them.
My nails have stopped peeling and my skin feels less dry since I started these softgels. The combination of flaxseed and evening primrose oil makes sense for the hormonal support I was looking for, and they're easy to swallow.
