The texture is what sold me—it's silky and smooth, not thick or oily like other liquids I've tried, so it goes down easy. I've been adding my daily spoonful to a smoothie and honestly look forward to it now.
The emulsified texture makes it way easier to swallow than those giant horse-pill capsules I used to choke down. I’ve been taking it for about two weeks and the 1,240mg of omega-3s per serving feels like a solid daily boost without any fishy aftertaste.
The tropical flavor is spot-on—it actually tastes like a pina colada, so taking my daily omega-3s feels like a tiny vacation. I’ve noticed a real difference in my afternoon energy, and the 1,240mg per serving makes it easy to hit my daily goal without swallowing pills.
