I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and my knees don’t crack when I stand up anymore, which is a win. That 1,650mg of ALA per serving is easy to swallow, and I like that it’s cold-pressed so I’m not getting that fishy burp I’ve had from other omegas.
The cold-pressed process really shows—these softgels don't have that fishy burp or aftertaste I've dealt with from other omega-3s, and they're easy on my stomach. I've been taking them for a few weeks now for joint comfort and honestly feel a bit less stiff in the mornings, which is a win for me.
The 1,650mg of ALA per serving is exactly why I grabbed these, and after a month of taking them daily my knees don’t crack on stairs like they used to. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave that fishy aftertaste, which is a win.
