My lab results finally showed healthy omega-3 levels after three months on these, and the softgels are small enough that I don't choke on them like with other brands. No stomach upset either, even taking them on an empty stomach.
I was worried about that fishy aftertaste with other omega-3s, but these are clean and easy to take. The pharmaceutical-grade quality from wild-caught fish made me feel confident about using them daily for my heart and brain.
I've been taking these for about a month now and the pharmaceutical-grade blend is exactly what I was hoping for, my blood work already shows my omega-3 levels are up significantly. They're wild-caught sourced which gives me peace of mind, and no fishy aftertaste at all.
