Three months in and my nails are finally growing without peeling, which has never happened with any supplement before. The evening primrose oil makes it easy to take since the softgels are small enough to swallow without a struggle.
My nails have been peeling for years and I’ve tried everything, but after about six weeks of taking these with my morning smoothie, they’re finally growing out strong and my skin’s not as dry either. The flaxseed and evening primrose combo is doing something real.
The softgels are easy to swallow and I’ve noticed my nails feel stronger after about three weeks of taking them daily with breakfast. The evening primrose oil in the mix is a nice touch for skin support, and it’s gentle on my stomach which is a big win for me.
