My doctor told me to get more omegas but I hate swallowing those big pills, so this liquid version has been a game changer. The lemonade flavor actually makes the fish oil taste pretty decent, and the mix of flaxseed, fish, and borage oils covers everything in one shot each morning.
The dropper makes it easy to measure the daily dose, and I’ve noticed the mix of flaxseed, fish, and borage oils doesn’t leave that fishy aftertaste I used to dread. It’s been about three weeks now, and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon.
The lemonade flavor actually tastes great, not fishy at all, which is a huge win for me since I hate swallowing big pills. I've been taking a spoonful each morning and it's easy to keep up with, plus the blend of flaxseed, fish, and borage oils covers everything I was looking for in one shot.
