The texture is way smoother than I expected for an oil, and the strawberry banana taste genuinely masks any fishy aftertone. I’ve been adding a spoonful to my morning smoothie for a week now, and the 2,968 mg of ALA omega-3 makes me feel like I’m actually doing something good for my heart.
The strawberry banana flavor actually tastes like a real smoothie, not medicine. I've been adding a spoonful to my morning yogurt and the 2,968 mg of omega-3s per serving is a solid way to start the day. It's creamy enough that I don't get that oily aftertaste.
The creamy texture is a pleasant surprise—it actually tastes like a real smoothie, not like an oil at all. I’ve been adding it to my afternoon yogurt and it mixes in perfectly without any clumping.
