My kids actually remind me to give them their fish oil now, which I never thought would happen. The citrus flavor masks any fishy taste completely, and I love that it's an emulsified liquid so it's easy for my toddler to swallow.
The 750mg of EPA/DHA per serving is solid, but what really sold me is that the citrus emulsion means no fishy burps—my toddler actually finishes his spoonful without a fight. We've made it part of our morning routine and I've noticed he seems more focused during playtime, which is a win in my book.
My kid actually asks for their "fishy juice" every morning — that 750mg of EPA/DHA per serving makes me feel like we're nailing the brain health basics without a single battle. The emulsified texture means no oily aftertaste, which is a huge win in this house.
