I was skeptical about softgels for omega-3s, but these are noticeably easier on my stomach than the fish oil capsules I used to take. The 1,650mg of ALA per serving is solid, and I've felt more consistent energy through the afternoon since switching to this cold-pressed formula.
My morning smoothie finally tastes like something my body actually absorbs—I've noticed a real difference in my focus by mid-afternoon since switching to these. The 1,650mg of ALA per serving is easy to swallow and I love that they're cold-pressed, so I don't get that fishy burp I used to have.
The cold-pressed, unrefined process really shows in how fresh these softgels feel—no fishy aftertaste at all. I’ve been taking them after breakfast for two weeks and my joints just feel more comfortable by mid-afternoon.
