I’ve been sprinkling this blend over my morning yogurt for two weeks now, and the omega-3s and prebiotics make it taste like a nutty treat while keeping me regular. The texture is a nice crunch without being gritty, which I didn’t expect from a seed mix. It’s become a staple I actually look forward
The prebiotic fiber is the reason I grabbed this, and after a week of adding it to my morning smoothie, my digestion feels noticeably steadier. It's got a nice nutty flavor that doesn't overpower the drink, and I love that I'm getting omega-3s without any fishy aftertaste.
I’ve been adding a spoonful to my morning oatmeal and the prebiotic fiber is doing wonders for my digestion, plus it tastes pleasantly earthy without being overpowering. The omega-3s are a nice bonus since I don’t eat fish, and the blend mixes smoothly enough for a quick daily wellness boost.
