I’ve been taking these softgels for about three weeks and the plant-based GLA source is exactly what I wanted for an extra omega boost. They’re easy to swallow and don’t leave any fishy aftertaste, which is a huge win for me. My joints just feel a bit more comfortable by the end of the day.

My skin has been noticeably less dry since I added these to my morning routine, and the softgels are surprisingly easy on my stomach. The GLA content was the main draw for me, and I've been taking them consistently for about six weeks now.

The softgels are easy to swallow and don't leave that weird fishy aftertaste I've dealt with before. My skin's been noticeably less dry since I started taking them with breakfast about a month ago.
