I was skeptical about adding another powder to my morning routine, but this blend mixes cleanly into my smoothie without any chalky aftertaste. The herbal compounds give me steady energy through the afternoon, and I actually look forward to my daily glass now.
Mixed it into my morning smoothie every day this week and honestly feel a bit more steady energy by mid-afternoon, which is rare for me. The plant-based blend dissolves cleanly with no chalky texture, so it's become a no-brainer part of my routine.
The flax lignans in this blend are a nice touch—I feel like my daily routine has a little more bounce since I started mixing it into my water post-workout. It dissolves clean without that chalky texture I've hit with other greens, which honestly makes it way easier to stick with.
