The orange flavor actually makes these easy to swallow, which is rare for a fish oil. One softgel gives me the full 1,000mg of EPA/DHA, so I don’t have to juggle multiple pills every morning.
I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and the single 1,000mg softgel is so convenient—no more choking down three pills at breakfast. The orange flavor does its job too, not a hint of that gross fishy aftertaste even when they get warm in my bag.
The orange flavor actually masks the fishy aftertaste way better than I expected, and the fact that it's just one softgel for the full 1,000mg of EPA/DHA is a huge win for my morning routine. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and I feel like my focus has been noticeably sharper.
