The texture is surprisingly smooth for a fish oil—no chalky aftertaste, just a clean citrus hit that makes the 1,700mg of omega-3s easy to get down. I’ve been taking it after breakfast and noticed my afternoon brain fog is noticeably lighter. It’s become the one supplement I actually look forward to
The citrus flavor genuinely tastes like dessert, so I don't dread my daily dose anymore. It goes down smooth and I've noticed a real difference in my afternoon energy levels since starting it.
The 1,700mg of omega-3s is solid, but the texture is what sold me—smooth, not at all oily, and the citrus sorbet taste actually makes it feel like a treat. I've had zero fishy burps after a week, which is a first for me.
